Descripción de puesto

  • Provide Help Desk support for administrators and managers of Office 365 including Exchange, Sharepoint, Azure, Skype for Business, Outlook and One Drive.
  • Support admin-users by troubleshooting Office 365 services and performance issues on PCs, Macs and mobile devices in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email migrations, hybrid migrations, Office365 application troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, and general Office365 technical support creation and ongoing maintenance of Office 365 policies and procedure documentation.

Education:

  • Customer service oriented, Excellent interpersonal skills , Multi-tasker.
  • Superior attention to details, problem solver, strong organizational skills.
  • 2+ years’ experience providing support for Exchange or Sharepoint administration, developing Sharepoint solutions and/or providing support in a large organization.
  • Preferred High degree of technical acuity and experience with a focus on supporting Microsoft/Office 365 productsOffice365 certs (like MCSA for Office 365).

Desired Skills:

  • Customer Lockbox: access approver does not apply, but should be familiar on how to reset the passwords of people assigned to this role
  • Exchange administrator: familiar with managing mailboxes and anti-spam policies, using the Exchange admin center.
  • License administration: Adds, removes, and updates license assignments for users, groups.
  • Power BI administrator: familiar with usage of Power BI features.
  • Security and Compliance Center Roles: knowledgeable in security features and compliance tools.
  • Sharepoint administrator: SharePoint admins can manage Office 365 groups, including creating, deleting, and restoring groups, and changing group owners.
  • Skype for Business admin: configure Skype and view reports in Office 365 admin center. Able to manage calling and meeting features of Microsoft Teams, including phone number assignments and meeting policies.
